Brasserie V
Brasserie V is a casual, European-inspired neighborhood brasserie located on Madison's historic Monroe Street. Their concept is really pretty simple. It was born out of the passion for the French Joie de Vivre developed over years spent in France and Belgium, and combines their love of simple, unpretentious food paired with Belgian beer and noble wines.
Brasserie V serves lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on Sunday. They also offer an extensive rotating selection of over 100 world-class beers, including 50 Belgians, and 14 tap options. A full wine list featuring nearly 30 European and Californian wines is also available, all by the glass or the bottle.
Beer
Their taps feature numerous Belgian beers that you will find to be unique and different from any other beer styles, and be aware, higher in alcohol. Many are served in their own special glass or goblet.
